Q: How do I choose the right oil for my hair? 

A: Every oil has its own trait. Therefore not every oil is suitable for all hair types. We would advise you to first find out which hair type you have and then look at the product description where we have listed the hair types that are suitable for the specific oil. We have chosen to follow the hair typing system developed by Andrew Walker. 

 

Q: How do i know my hair type? 

A: There are different factors that will determine what hair type you have, like thickness, dryness and curl pattern. We have chosen to follow the hair typing system developed by Andrew Walker that roughly puts every hair into four different categories.

Q: What does the delivery time look like?

A: Delivery takes approximately five days. If your package is late you can email us to zeitcare@gmail.com and we will help you. When the package is sent you will get an email with a tracking number.

 

Q: I have not received my order yet. When will it arrive?

A: We want you to receive your order as soon as possible, and usually we send you your products within a few days. If you are still worried about your order, please send an e-mail to info@zeitcare.com.

 

Q: What is your return policy?

A: You can of course return an unopened and undamaged product to us. Contact us at zeitcare@gmail.com if you have more questions about this, but here are the main rules for return: 

You can not return the product if:

- You have opened package

- If it has been more than 14 days since you received your product.

- If the product is not returned to us in the same condition as it was when it was delivered to you.

We inspect all products before they are sent to you. Should the product still be damaged or incorrectly shipped when it arrives, we undertake in accordance with current consumer protection legislation (konsumentskyddslagstiftning) to rectify the defect free of charge. You must always contact us for an approval before returning a defective item. The complaint must be sent to zeitcare@gmail.com immediately after the defect has been discovered.

 

Q: Where do you source your oils?

A: All oils are produced in Agadir, Morocco.

 

Q:What is ZEITs sustainability policy?

A: Sustainability is important for us - whether its environmental or social sustainability we want to do our best to contribute to a better world. The oils are vegan and organic. We haven't added anything in them and maybe it goes without saying but they are not tested on animals. We have also brought this thought with us in our choice of materials . The fabric pouches are reusable, and the brushes are made of biodegradable wheat straw plastic which is a more sustainable alternative to regular plastic. We have also made sure that the people we buy from are not being exploited or used in any way.   

 

Q: Should the Hair oils be used separately or together?

A: Our hair oils are made to complete each other, so for the best possible result we recommend using them together as advised in the description. However, all products can also be used separately.
